| "We had quotes from several stove suppliers/ fitters and of the larger ones Good Stoves gave the best price. Andy Good carried out the survey. Be clear about what you want, they cannot guess, Andy was very patient and we were impressed with his knowledge and suggestions. We paid 50% deposit and work was scheduled for 7 weeks later, which was good given the run-up to Christmas. The fitters arrived as scheduled. They were courteous, tidy and discussed the work with us on each occasion to ensure there were no misunderstandings. Ours was a complex installation as there was no existing chimney or stove so it had to be constructed. There was an unexpected complication but it was resolved to our satisfaction and there were no extra charges although it involved an extra days work. The finish was exceptional and has added so much beauty and character to the room, far more than we expected. We have no hesitation in recommending Good Stoves." |
